Our Lifetime Warranty applies to manufacturing defects and damage caused by accidental pet-related mishaps, including:

✅ Broken or Damaged Parts – Whether it’s a snapped buckle on a harness or a scratched-up feeder, we’ve got you covered.
✅ Stitching or Seam Failures – If a pet bed or sling carrier’s stitching gives out under your pet’s enthusiastic use.
This warranty ensures your PetzyMart products remain trusted companions for you and your furry friend, no matter the mishap!
What You’ll Get:
If your product falls victim to puppy or kitty mischief, we’ll provide a 50% store credit toward a replacement. This credit can be used on any product in our store within 180 days from the date of your claim.
It’s our way of helping you continue to spoil your pet—without breaking the bank!
How to Claim Your Store Credit:
We’ve made the process simple and hassle-free:
📩 Contact Us – Email our team at order@petzymart.com with your warranty request.
🔎 Provide Details – Include your order number, a brief description of the damage (e.g., “chewed-up leash” or “ripped pet bed”), and, if possible, photos of the damaged item.
🛍️ We’ll Handle the Rest – Once verified, we’ll issue your 50% store credit within 3-5 business days, ready for your next purchase!
📆 Remember: Claims must be made within 180 days of the damage occurring, and store credits must be used within 180 days of issuance.
What’s Not Covered?
While we love your pets as much as you do, this warranty does not cover:
🚫 Damage from intentional misuse (e.g., using a pet bed as a stepping stool).
🚫 Normal wear and tear from long-term use (e.g., fabric fading or minor scratches).
🚫 Lost or stolen items.
