HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, and delivery times vary based on your location.
Most orders arrive within 7-12business days after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method.
Please keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, contact us at order@petzymart.com.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be in their original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $69 USD or with the purchase of any 2 items! For orders under $69 USD or fewer than 2 items, a flat shipping rate of $10.00 USD will apply.

Once your package is marked as delivered, PetzyMart is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you're unable to locate your package, please contact your local postal service. They may be able to provide more information on where the package was delivered.
WHAT IS FAST AND INSURED SHIPPING?
We don’t currently offer expedited or insured shipping options, but if you're interested in faster delivery or shipping insurance, please reach out to our team at order@petzymart.com, and we’ll help explore options for you.
I ENTERED A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you notice a mistake with your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at order@petzymart.com. We’ll try to correct the address before your order ships. However, once the order has been processed, we can’t guarantee changes.
WILL I BE CHARGED WITH VAT?
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT that may be incurred at the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of the item or the shipping cost and will be collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
