HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, contact us at order@petzymart.com.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Making a return is simple! Contact us at order@petzymart.com to request a return.

Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Returns must be sent to the address provided in our return policy.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking your order is easy! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package’s status on 17track.net anytime.

IS THERE A WAY TO EXPEDITE SHIPPING OR RECEIVE UPDATES ON MY ORDER STATUS?

Currently, we offer standard shipping. However, you’ll receive email updates once your order ships, including tracking details.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We’re happy to ship worldwide! However, please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply based on your destination country.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once your order is processed, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it. However, if you realize you need to make a change, please contact us ASAP at order@petzymart.com, and we’ll do our best to assist before the order ships.

MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT?

Once your package is marked as delivered, PetzyMart is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you're unable to locate your package, please contact your local postal service. They may be able to provide more information on where the package was delivered.
