Which carriers do you use?
We ship with reputable carriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS. For higher-value orders, the carrier may ask for a signature on delivery.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags and in the original packaging. When will I get my refund?
Once a return is approved, you can expect a refund within 7 business days of contacting us. Some banks need extra time to process it.
What if my order arrives damaged or is the wrong item?
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email us right away at order@petzymart.com with photos of the item and proof of delivery so we can make it right.
